Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers:
     • Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000
     • Payout Schedule:
       • $2,500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
       • Remaining $2,500 after the new hire completes one year of employment.

2. Other Roles:

   • Finance, Marketing, Operations:
     • Bonus Amount: Up to $3,000
     • Payout Schedule:
       • $1,500 after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
       • Remaining $1,500 after the new hire completes one year of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Who Can Refer: All full-time employees of Brookline Bancorp are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Eligible Candidates: Candidates must be external applicants, not previously employed by Brookline Bancorp, and should not have directly applied to the position within the last 12 months.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal prior to the candidate applying for the position.

Additional Information

• Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. However, bonuses are only awarded for successful hires.
