Program Overview

• Eligibility: All full-time and part-time Broadleaf employees.
• Referral Period: Bonuses are applicable for candidates referred and hired within 12 months of the initial referral.
• Positions Covered: Primarily tech and product roles, including software engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists. Other roles are eligible for bonuses but may have different payout amounts.

Tech / Product Roles Referral Bonus

1. Software Engineer
   • Bonus: $3,000
   • Criteria: Candidate must remain employed for at least 6 months.
2. Product Manager
   • Bonus: $3,500
   • Criteria: Candidate must complete a successful 6-month probation period.
3. UX/UI Designer
   • Bonus: $2,500
   • Criteria: Candidate must pass a 6-month evaluation.
4. Data Scientist
   • Bonus: $3,000
   • Criteria: Candidate must achieve key performance metrics in the first 6 months.
