  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Bonus is awarded after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Structure: Lump sum payment in the next payroll cycle after eligibility is met.

Other Roles

• Sales, Operations, Marketing:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Bonus is awarded after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Structure: Lump sum payment in the next payroll cycle after eligibility is met.

• Administrative, Support Staff:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Eligibility: Bonus is awarded after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • Payment Structure: Lump sum payment in the next payroll cycle after eligibility is met.

How to Refer

1. Submission: Submit your referral through the Brink's Employee Referral Portal with the candidate's resume and a brief description of your relationship with the candidate.
2. Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email once your referral is submitted, and you can track its status through the portal.
3. Follow-up: Our recruitment team will review the referral and keep you informed about the interview process.

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Brink's are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Multiple Referrals: You can refer multiple candidates. Each successful referral will be eligible for the respective bonus amount.
