Program Overview

Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees for successful referrals that lead to the hiring of full-time candidates. This program applies to various roles within the company, with an emphasis on tech and product positions, as these are critical to our growth and success.

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,200
• UX/UI Designer: $2,800
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,500
• Marketing Specialist: $2,000
• Customer Support Representative: $1,500
• HR Specialist: $2,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referrer Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those in HR or recruiting roles.
2. Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must be a new applicant, not already in our recruitment system or previously applied within the last 12 months.

Process

1. Referral Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the internal referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and relevant information.
2. Interview Process: The referred candidate must successfully complete the interview process and be offered a full-time position.
3. Bonus Payout: The referral bonus will be paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
