Tech and Product Roles

1. Software Engineers & Developers

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Criteria: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Criteria: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

3. Data Scientists & Analysts

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Criteria: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

4. UX/UI Designers

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Criteria: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

1. Sales Executives

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Criteria: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

2. Customer Support Specialists

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
