Program Guidelines

Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Contract or temporary employees are not eligible.

Qualified Referrals: A referral must not already be in our recruitment pipeline or database. The referred candidate must accept a full-time position and remain employed with the company for a minimum of 90 days for the referrer to receive the bonus.

Payment: Referral bonuses are paid out in the next payroll cycle following the completion of the referred candidate's 90-day employment period.
