Referral Bonuses for Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Developers, and Product Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and remain with the company for a minimum of 90 days.
  • Payment Structure: The bonus is paid out in two installments:
