Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer (Junior to Mid-Level): $2,000
• Software Engineer (Senior): $3,000
• Product Manager (Junior to Mid-Level): $2,500
• Product Manager (Senior): $3,500
• Data Scientist: $3,000
• Tech Lead/Engineering Manager: $4,000

Other Roles

Eligibility Criteria

• Employee Eligibility: All current Bluebird Bio employees, except those in HR, Recruitment, and Executive positions, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
