Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, Technical Leads:
  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, and Operations:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.

Terms and Conditions

• Eligibility: All current Blue Bird Corporation employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. However, HR employees and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position are excluded.
• Payment: Referral bonuses will be processed through payroll and subject to applicable taxes.
• Multiple Referrals: In cases where multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the submission time recorded in our referral system.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referrals must be new candidates who are not already in our recruitment database or who have not applied to any position at Blue Bird Corporation within
