Tech/Product Role Referral Bonuses

Bloomz is particularly focused on expanding our tech and product teams with high-caliber professionals who can contribute to our innovative projects. The referral bonuses for these positions are structured as follows:

• Software Engineers (All Levels):

  • Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Structure: 50% after the new hire's first 90 days, remaining 50% after six months.

• Product Managers:

  • Bonus: $4,500
  • Payout Structure: 50% after the new hire's first 90 days, remaining 50% after six months.

• Data Scientists:

  • Bonus: $4,000
  • Payout Structure: 50% after the new hire's first 90 days, remaining 50% after six months.

• DevOps Engineers:

  • Bonus: $4,500
