Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer:

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.

2. Data Scientist:

   • Bonus Amount: $5,500
   • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.

3. Product Manager:

   • Bonus Amount: $6,000
   • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.

4. DevOps Engineer:

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payout Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and 50% after 6 months.

1. Marketing Specialist:
