Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer/Developer:

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes 12 months.

2. Product Manager:

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes 12 months.

3. Data Scientist:

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes 12 months.

4. UX/UI Designer:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Payment Schedule:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes 12 months.
