Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels)

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 6 months with the company.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,500
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 6 months with the company.

• Data Scientists

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 6 months with the company.

• UX/UI Designers

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 6 months with the company.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Paid out after the referred candidate completes 6 months with the company.

Program Details

1. Eligibility: All full-time Bit Digital employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers for the specific role.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit a referral through the internal employee portal.
   • The candidate must mention the referring employee during the application process.
