Our referral bonus program is designed to incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, though referrals for other roles are also encouraged.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• All current Biora Therapeutics employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, with the exception of those involved in the hiring process, such as HR personnel and hiring managers for the specific position.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is tiered based on the role being filled, with a focus on critical tech and product positions:

• Tech/Product Roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers)

  • Tier 1 (Senior/Lead Roles): $5,000
  • Tier 2 (Mid-Level Roles): $3,000
  • Tier 3 (Entry-Level Roles): $1,500

• Other Roles (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations)

  • Tier 1 (Senior/Lead Roles): $3,000
  • Tier 2 (Mid-Level Roles): $2,000
  • Tier 3 (Entry-Level Roles): $1,000

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
  • 50% after the candidate completes six months of employment.
• Employees must be actively employed at the time of each installment to receive the bonus.

Process for Referrals

1. Submit the Referral:

   • Complete the referral form available on the company intranet.
   • Include the candidate's resume and a brief explanation of why they are a good fit for Biora Therapeutics.
