Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and UX/UI Designers:
- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% upon the successful completion of the referred candidate’s 90-day probationary period.
- Remaining 50% after the candidate completes one year of full-time employment.
Other Roles
- Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR Roles:
- Bonus Amount: $2,500
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% upon the successful completion of the referred candidate’s 90-day probationary period.
- Remaining 50% after the candidate completes one year of full-time employment.
Senior Leadership Roles
- Director-level and Above:
- Bonus Amount: $10,000
- Payment Schedule:
- 50% upon the successful completion of the referred candidate’s 90-day probationary period.
- Remaining 50% after the candidate completes one year of full-time employment.
Eligibility Criteria
- The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and must not have been previously employed by BioLumina.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the BioLumina intranet prior to the candidate's application.
- The referring employee must be actively employed by BioLumina at the time of both bonus payment installments.

- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make or bonuses they can earn
