To support this mission, we have implemented a robust Referral Bonus Program designed to reward employees who bring exceptional candidates into the company. Below, we provide detailed information about the program, focusing on tech and product roles, along with insights into other roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and UX/UI Designers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% upon the successful completion of the referred candidate’s 90-day probationary period.
    • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes one year of full-time employment.

Other Roles

• Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR Roles:
  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% upon the successful completion of the referred candidate’s 90-day probationary period.
    • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes one year of full-time employment.

Senior Leadership Roles

• Director-level and Above:
  • Bonus Amount: $10,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% upon the successful completion of the referred candidate’s 90-day probationary period.
    • Remaining 50% after the candidate completes one year of full-time employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and must not have been previously employed by BioLumina.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form available on the BioLumina intranet prior to the candidate's application.
• The referring employee must be actively employed by BioLumina at the time of both bonus payment installments.

Additional Details

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make or bonuses they can earn
