This program is designed to attract top-tier talent, particularly for our tech and product roles, but also extends to other critical positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500
• Marketing Specialist: $3,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $2,500
• Operations Manager: $3,500

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must successfully complete 90 days of employment at Biolase.
• The referral must be submitted through our official referral portal and acknowledged by the HR team before the candidate's application process begins.
• The referrer must be an employee of Biolase at the time of payout.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is paid out in the next payroll cycle following the referred candidate's 90th day of employment.
• All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
