This program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates who are successfully hired for tech and product roles, among others.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech & Product Roles

• Software Developers, Engineers, and Architects:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Conditions: Paid in two installments. The first half is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment, and the remainder after six months.

• Product Managers and Designers:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,500
  • Conditions: The first installment of $1,250 is paid after 90 days, and the second installment is paid after the new hire completes six months.

• Data Scientists and Analysts:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Conditions: Split into two equal payments at 90 days and six months of continuous employment.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Conditions: Paid in two parts, with $1,000 after 90 days and the remainder after six months.

• Administrative and Support Staff:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Conditions: Half of the bonus is paid after 90 days, and the other half after six months of employment.

Eligibility and Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Bio-Key International are eligible to participate in the referral program, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers for the referred position.
