Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Senior Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• Data Scientist: $4,500
• DevOps Engineer: $4,200

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,500

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current employees of Bilue are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official Bilue referral portal. Ensure you provide all required information about the candidate.
• Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
• Multiple Referrals: If the same candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the submission timestamp in the system.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to a Bilue position within the last 12 months or be in the current recruitment process.
