Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full-stack)

  • Bonus Amount: €3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete 3 months of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Paid in two installments—€1,500 after 3 months and €1,500 after 6 months.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: €2,500
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete 3 months of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Paid in two installments—€1,250 after 3 months and €1,250 after 6 months.

• Data Scientists/Analysts

  • Bonus Amount: €2,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must complete 3 months of employment.
  • Payment Schedule: Paid as a lump sum after 3 months.
