Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who refer exceptional candidates for our open positions, with a focus on tech and product roles, but applicable to other positions as well.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligible Positions

  • Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, QA Analysts, and more.
  • Product Roles: Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Product Analysts, etc.
  • Other Roles: Includes positions in marketing, sales, customer support, and operations.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is structured to incentivize employees based on the level and criticality of the role. Below are the estimated bonuses for different categories:

  • Tech and Product Roles:

    • Junior Positions: $2,000
    • Mid-Level Positions: $3,500
    • Senior Positions: $5,000
    • Critical/Hard-to-Fill Positions: Up to $7,000
  • Other Roles:

    • Junior Positions: $1,000
    • Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
    • Senior Positions: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Referrer Eligibility:

    • Must be a current employee of BigRio.
    • Cannot be part of the hiring or HR team directly involved with the recruitment for which the referral is made.
  2. Referred Candidate Eligibility:

    • Must not have applied directly or been in contact with BigRio’s recruitment team within the past 12 months.
    • Must successfully complete the probationary period (generally 90 days) to qualify the referrer for the bonus.
