Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product positions, which are critical to Berry Global's innovation and strategic growth, we offer a competitive referral bonus. The bonus is structured to incentivize employees to refer highly qualified candidates.

• Software Engineers and Developers: $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,500
• Data Scientists/Analysts: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $3,000

Other Roles

While our primary focus is on tech and product positions, we also offer referral bonuses for other essential roles within the company.

• Operations and Manufacturing: $1,500
• Sales and Marketing: $2,000
• Finance and Administration: $1,500

Bonus Payment Terms

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  • First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
  • Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
• Referral Process: To qualify for the bonus, employees must submit the candidate's information through the official referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.

Program Guidelines

• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
• Eligible Candidates: Only external candidates who are not currently employed by Berry Global are eligible for referrals
