Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • 50% after the new hire completes one year of employment.

Other Key Roles

• Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
    • 50% after the new hire completes one year of employment.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must not have applied for any position at Berkshire Hills Bancorp within the last 12 months.
• The referring employee must be an active employee at the time of both payouts.
• The referral must be submitted through the official referral program channel before the candidate submits their application.

Additional Notes

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
• The program is applicable only for full-time positions.
• Contract and temporary positions are excluded from the referral bonus program.
