Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,500
• Data Scientists: $3,500
• UX/UI Designers: $3,000
• DevOps Engineers: $3,000

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $2,000
• Sales Executives: $2,500
• HR Professionals: $1,500
• Finance Analysts: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligible Referrers: All full-time employees of Belite Bio, excluding those in HR or the hiring department for the referred role.

2. Eligible Candidates: Referred candidates must not have applied to any Belite Bio position in the past 12 months.

3. Successful Hire: The referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

Payment Details

• The referral bonus is subject to taxes and will be included in the referrer's next available paycheck following the 90-day employment milestone of the new hire.

• If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee whose referral form was submitted first.
