This program is designed to reward you for referring candidates who align with our company's mission and values. Below, you'll find details about the program, including bonus amounts and eligible roles.

Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

• Eligible Roles: While we encourage referrals for all positions, there is a particular focus on tech and product roles due to high demand. These include:

  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • UX/UI Designers
  • Data Scientists
  • DevOps Engineers

• Bonus Amounts:

  • Tech/Product Roles: Earn a $3,000 referral bonus for successful placements.
  • Non-Tech Roles: Earn a $1,500 referral bonus for successful placements.

• Payment Terms: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  1. First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee successfully completes their first three months of employment.
  2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred employee successfully completes their first year of employment.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal referral portal or by emailing the recruitment team with the candidate's resume and any relevant information.

2. Candidate Review: The recruitment team will review the referred candidate. If they meet the initial criteria, they will be contacted for an interview.

3. Hiring Decision: If the candidate is hired and meets the employment duration criteria, the referring employee will receive the referral bonus as outlined above.

Additional Guidelines

• Multiple Referrals: Employees can refer multiple candidates. Each successful hire will be eligible for the corresponding referral bonus.
