This initiative is designed to reward our employees for bringing in skilled professionals who contribute to the success of our company.

Referral Bonus Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Beasley Broadcast Group are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

• Eligible Positions: The referral bonus applies to tech and product roles, among others. Key positions include:

  • Software Engineers
  • Product Managers
  • Data Analysts
  • UX/UI Designers
  • IT Support Specialists

• Bonus Amounts: The referral bonus is tiered based on the role and level of the position:

  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Junior Level: $1,000
    • Mid-Level: $2,000
    • Senior Level: $3,000
  • Other Roles:
    • Junior Level: $500
    • Mid-Level: $1,500
    • Senior Level: $2,500

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

  1. First Installment (50%): Paid when the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
  2. Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.

How to Submit a Referral

1. Complete the Referral Form: Fill out the internal referral form with the candidate's information and submit it to the HR department.
2. Follow Up: Track the status of your referral through the internal HR portal to ensure timely processing.
