BAYADA Home Health Care offers a rewarding referral bonus program designed to attract top talent by leveraging the networks of our current employees. This program is aimed at expanding our team, particularly in tech/product roles, but also extends to other positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

• Position Examples: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX/UI Designers.
• Bonus Amount: Up to $5,000 per successful referral.
• Payment Schedule:
  • $2,500 is paid upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of 90 days of employment.
  • The remaining $2,500 is awarded after the referred candidate reaches their 6-month employment milestone.

Other Roles

• Position Examples: Nurses, Therapists, Administrative Staff.
• Bonus Amount: Ranges from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on the role.
• Payment Schedule:
  • 50% of the bonus is paid at the 90-day employment mark.
  • The remaining 50% is paid upon completion of 6 months with the company.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be a current employee of BAYADA Home Health Care.
• Referral bonuses are applicable only for full-time positions.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to BAYADA independently within the past 12 months.
• All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes.

How to Make a Referral
