• Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
• Senior-Level Positions: $5,000
• Leadership Positions: $7,000

Other Roles

For non-tech positions, the referral bonuses are slightly different:

• Entry-Level Positions: $1,000
• Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
• Senior-Level Positions: $3,500
• Leadership Positions: $5,000

Payment Process

• Eligibility: All full-time Baxter employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
