Referral Bonus Details
Eligibility
- All full-time employees of Barnes Group are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official employee referral portal to be eligible for a bonus.
Bonus Structure for Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers: $5,000
- Product Managers: $4,500
- Data Scientists: $5,000
- UX/UI Designers: $4,000
- DevOps Engineers: $5,500
- Mobile Developers: $5,000
Bonus Structure for Other Roles
- Sales Executives: $3,500
- Marketing Specialists: $3,000
- HR Professionals: $2,500
- Finance Analysts: $3,000
Bonus Payment Terms
- The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
- The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
Additional Guidelines
- The referral must be a new candidate to Barnes Group and not already in the recruitment process.
- Employees involved in the hiring decision for a specific role are not eligible for a referral bonus for that role.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make.
