Banner Health Referral Bonus Program

At Banner Health, we recognize the value of attracting top talent to join our team. Our Referral Bonus Program is designed to encourage current employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. This program rewards employees for contributing to our growth and success by bringing in exceptional talent, particularly in tech and product roles.

Program Overview

• Eligibility: All current Banner Health employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those in Human Resources, senior management, or directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Eligible Positions: While all roles are eligible for referral bonuses, there is a particular emphasis on tech and product roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and UX/UI designers. Healthcare roles such as nurses and medical technologists are also included.
• Bonus Amount: The referral bonus varies based on the role's level of demand and criticality. For tech and product roles, bonuses are as follows:
  • Software Engineer: $2,500
  • Data Scientist: $3,000
  • Product Manager: $2,500
  • UX/UI Designer: $2,000
• Other Roles: Healthcare and other critical roles may offer bonuses ranging from $1,000 to $3,000, depending on the position's requirements and urgency.

Referral Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit a referral through the Banner Health internal portal by completing the referral form and attaching the candidate's resume.
2. Candidate Evaluation: Referred candidates will undergo the standard recruitment process.
3. Bonus Payment: Once the referred candidate is hired and successfully completes a 90-day probationary period, the referring employee will receive the referral bonus in their next payroll.
