Program Details

• Eligibility: All Banner Bank employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred role.

• Referral Process:

  1. Submit the candidate's resume and contact information through the internal referral portal.
  2. Ensure the candidate mentions your name during the application process.

• Bonus Payment:

  • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
