Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

For positions within our tech and product teams, we offer competitive bonuses given the high demand and specialized skills required. The bonus structure is as follows:

• Software Engineers (Junior - Mid-Level): $2,000 per successful referral
• Software Engineers (Senior): $3,500 per successful referral
• Product Managers: $3,000 per successful referral
• Data Scientists & Analysts: $2,500 per successful referral
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500 per successful referral
• DevOps & Cloud Engineers: $3,000 per successful referral

Other Roles

While our main focus is on tech and product roles, we also recognize the importance of other positions within the company. Referral bonuses for these roles include:

• Sales & Marketing: $1,500 per successful referral
• Customer Support: $1,000 per successful referral
• HR & Administration: $1,500 per successful referral

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time Bandwidth employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by Bandwidth or have applied within the past 12 months.

• Payment Timing: Bonuses are paid out in two installments. The first half is paid after the new hire’s 90th day of employment, and the second half is paid after the 6-month mark.

• Limitations: There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. However, bonuses will only be awarded for referrals that result in a successful hire.
