The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize and reward employees who help bring exceptional candidates into the organization. This document outlines the details of the referral bonus program, with a focus on tech/product roles, while also providing information about other roles.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Who can refer? All current employees of Baker Tilly International are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Who can be referred? Candidates for full-time positions, particularly those in demand, such as tech/product roles, are eligible to be referred.
• Exclusions: Referrals of candidates who have already applied for a position through other channels or have been engaged with by the recruitment team in the past 12 months are not eligible for a referral bonus.

Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule: 50% paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment; remaining 50% paid after 6 months of employment.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Payment Schedule: Full amount paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

• Finance, Marketing, HR:

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
  • Payment Schedule: Full amount paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.

• Administrative, Support Staff:

  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
  • Payment Schedule: Full amount paid after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
