• Software Engineers (All Levels): $3,000
• Product Managers: $3,500
• Data Scientists: $3,000

Bonus Payout Process

• Eligibility: All full-time Badger Meter employees, except for those in HR and recruiting roles, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment Timing: The referral bonus is typically paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment, and the remaining 50% after they reach their 6-month anniversary.
• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the referrer who submitted the candidate first.
