• Junior Level (0-2 years of experience):
  • Bonus Amount: $500
• Mid Level (3-5 years of experience):
  • Bonus Amount: $1,000
• Senior Level (6+ years of experience):
  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
• Leadership Roles (e.g., Tech Lead, Product Manager):
