• All current employees of Azenta are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• External partners and non-employees can also participate, subject to specific terms and conditions.

Tech and product roles are critical to our business success, and we offer attractive bonuses for successful referrals in these areas:

• Software Engineers

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Estimated Time to Hire: 2-3 months

• Product Managers

  • Referral Bonus: $3,500
  • Estimated Time to Hire: 2-4 months

• Data Scientists

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Estimated Time to Hire: 2-3 months

• UX/UI Designers

  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Estimated Time to Hire: 2-3 months
