Referral Bonus Details

The referral bonus program is applicable to all full-time positions across various departments, with a particular focus on tech and product roles due to their critical impact on our business operations and innovation. Here's a detailed breakdown of the program:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists: $5,000
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $5,500

Other Roles

• Marketing Specialists: $3,000
• Sales Associates: $3,500
• Customer Support Representatives: $2,000
• HR Specialists: $3,000

Eligibility and Payment Structure

1. Eligibility: All current full-time employees of AXT Inc. are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those involved in the recruitment process (e.g., HR team members).

2. Candidate Qualification: The referred candidate must successfully pass the interview process and be hired for a full-time position.

3. Payment Schedule:

   • 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes their first month of employment.
