Axon Referral Bonus Program

At Axon, we recognize that our employees are our best advocates and can help us attract top-tier talent. To encourage and reward successful referrals, we've established a comprehensive Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions, particularly in tech and product roles, but also across other departments. Below are the details of the program, along with estimated bonus amounts.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

Specialized Roles

• Senior Leadership Positions (Director level and above)
  • Referral Bonus: $7,500
  • Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months.

Program Guidelines

1. Eligibility: All current full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for hiring managers and HR personnel involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.

2. Referral Process:

   • Submit the candidate's resume and a brief description of your relationship with the candidate through the internal referral portal.
   • Ensure that the referred candidate acknowledges your referral during their application process.

3. Payment Schedule:

   • Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the candidate completes 3 months of employment.
     • 50% after the candidate completes 6 months of employment.
