• Product Managers: $3,000
• UX/UI Designers: $2,500
• Data Scientists: $2,500
• QA Engineers: $2,000

Other Role Referrals

While tech and product roles are a key focus, Axogen also values referrals for non-tech positions. These roles also qualify for a referral bonus, albeit at a different rate.

Referral Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit candidate referrals through the official referral portal.
2. Hiring Process: Referred candidates go through the standard Axogen hiring process.
3. Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out once the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment with Axogen.
