Program Guidelines

  1. Eligibility: All current Axle Informatics employees can participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.

  2. Referral Process:

    • Employees must submit referrals through the official company referral portal.
    • The referred candidate must mention the employee's name during the application process.
  3. Bonus Payout:

    • The bonus is paid out in two installments:
      • 50% after the new hire completes their first 90 days of employment.
      • 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
  4. Candidate Criteria:

    • Referred candidates must not have applied to Axle Informatics in the past 12 months.
    • Referred candidates should meet the minimum qualifications for the role they are being considered for.
  5. Multiple Referrals:

    • If a candidate is referred by multiple employees, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer based on the submission timestamp.
