Referral Bonus Structure
The referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for successful hires in different roles within our company. The bonuses are structured as follows:
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $3,000
- Product Manager: $2,500
- UI/UX Designer: $2,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- DevOps Engineer: $3,000
Other Roles
- Marketing Specialist: $1,500
- Sales Executive: $2,000

Eligibility and Payment Process

Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals must be submitted through our internal referral portal to be eligible for a bonus.

Candidate Criteria: Referred candidates must meet the qualifications for the role and successfully complete the interview process. They should not be existing applicants or have applied within the past six months.

Payment Timeline: The bonus is paid out in two installments:
- First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid when the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
