• Software Engineers & Developers: $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,500
• Data Scientists & Analysts: $4,000
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500

These roles typically require specific technical skills and experience, which is why the bonuses are set at these levels.

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are critical, Avista also values referrals for other positions across the organization. The referral bonuses for these roles are:

• Sales & Marketing: $3,000
• Customer Support & Operations: $2,500

Referral Bonus Process

1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the company's referral portal by providing the candidate's resume and any additional information relevant to the role.

2. Eligibility: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed with Avista for a minimum of 90 days for the referral bonus to be awarded.

3. Payment: The referral bonus is typically paid out in the payroll following the candidate's 90-day employment milestone.

4. Limitations: Employees in recruiting or HR roles are not eligible for referral bonuses. Additionally, the referred candidate must not have applied to Avista within the last 12 months
