How the Program Works

1. Submit a Referral:
   Use our referral portal to submit a candidate's information. Ensure they consent to being referred.

2. Interview and Evaluation:
   Our HR team will review the candidate's qualifications and potentially invite them for interviews.

3. Successful Hiring:
   If your referred candidate is successfully hired and completes a probationary period of 90 days, you will receive the referral bonus.

4. Payout:
   The bonus will be processed in the subsequent payroll cycle following the completion of the probationary period.
