To incentivize and reward these contributions, we have established a comprehensive referral bonus program, particularly focusing on tech and product roles, but extending to other positions as well.
Referral Bonus Structure
Our referral bonuses are tiered based on the role being filled. Here’s a detailed breakdown:
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,000
- UX/UI Designer: $4,000
- DevOps Engineer: $5,000
Other Roles
- Sales Executive: $3,000
- Marketing Specialist: $2,500
- Customer Support: $1,500
- Human Resources: $2,000
Bonus Payment Terms

Eligibility: Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be active employees at the time of the bonus payout.

Payout Schedule: The referral bonus will be paid in two installments:
- First Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
- Second Installment (50%): Paid after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
