Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:

  • Payout Structure:
    • $2,500 upon the new hire’s completion of their first 90 days.
    • $2,500 after the new hire completes one year of employment.

Other Roles

• Research Scientists, Lab Technicians, Administrative Staff:

  • Payout Structure:

Eligibility Criteria

• Referrals must be submitted through the official Avidity Biosciences referral portal.
