To encourage and reward our team members for helping us find exceptional candidates, we have established a Referral Bonus Program. This program aims to fill key roles with the best talent available, particularly in our tech and product departments, but also across other essential areas of our company.
Referral Bonus Details for Tech/Product Roles

Eligibility: All current employees, excluding those involved in the hiring decision, such as members of the HR team or direct managers of the open position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.

Bonus Amounts:
- Software Developers: $3,000
- Product Managers: $3,500
- Data Scientists: $3,000
- UX/UI Designers: $2,500
- Systems Engineers: $3,000

Payment Structure: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- First Installment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate completes three months of employment.
- Second Installment: The remaining 50% is paid after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
Referral Bonus for Other Roles
While our focus is on tech and product roles, we also offer referral bonuses for other key positions:
- Quality Assurance Specialists: $2,000
- Project Managers: $2,500
- Operations Managers: $2,000
Referral Guidelines
- Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or by sending the candidate's resume to the HR department with a clear indication that it is a referral.
