2. Qualified Referrals: To qualify for the bonus, the referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum employment period, typically 90 days.

3. Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid out in the payroll cycle following the completion of the candidate's 90-day employment period.

4. Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one person, the bonus will be awarded to the individual whose referral was received first.
