Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles:
- Entry-Level (e.g., Junior Developer): $2,000
- Mid-Level (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager): $4,000
- Senior-Level (e.g., Senior Engineer, Senior Product Manager): $6,000
- Critical/Hard-to-Fill Roles (e.g., Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer): $8,000

Eligibility Criteria
- Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal.
- The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
