Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonuses

• Software Engineers: A referral bonus of up to $5,000.
• Product Managers: A referral bonus of up to $4,500.
• Data Scientists: A referral bonus of up to $5,500.
• UX/UI Designers: A referral bonus of up to $4,000.

These bonuses are typically disbursed in two installments:

1. 50% after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
