Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

Atmus understands the critical role that technology and product teams play in driving innovation and growth. Therefore, we offer competitive referral bonuses for these positions:

• Software Engineers: Up to $5,000
• Product Managers: Up to $4,500
• Data Scientists: Up to $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: Up to $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: Up to $4,000

Other Roles

While tech and product roles are crucial, we also value contributions in other areas. Referral bonuses for non-tech roles are as follows:

• Sales and Marketing Professionals: Up to $3,000
• Administrative and Support Staff: Up to $2,000
• Operations and Logistics Specialists: Up to $2,500
• Human Resources Personnel: Up to $2,500

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All full-time Atmus employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. The referred candidate must not have applied to Atmus within the past 12 months.
• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Additional Guidelines

• Referrals must be submitted through the official Atmus Filtration Technologies employee referral portal.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of each bonus payment installment.
