Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

Atlanticus acknowledges the high demand for skilled professionals in technology and product management. As such, we offer a premium referral bonus for these roles:

• Software Engineers (all levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $5,000
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $4,000
• DevOps Engineers: $4,500

Other Roles

While tech and product roles receive higher bonuses, Atlanticus also values referrals for other important positions:

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All full-time Atlanticus employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 90 days.
